Our Meat Product Range
Through acquisitions and partnership Terra Firma will operate primary, secondary and value added facilities across Australia and partnerships overseas, we will produce and distribute an extensive range of protein-based foods, primarily fresh beef, veal, lamb, pork, poultry, game, smallgoods, and processed products. Additionally we will operate a state-of-the- art cook/chill plant to produce a broad range of roast meats, casseroles, soups, sauces and grilled food options.
Producers, farmers and primary meat processors will be essential to Terra Firma' success. These alliances and partnerships, together with our own sourcing from livestock markets, ensure that we maintain consistently high standards of quality and supply across all species.

Through acquisitions and partnerships we will export a variety of species including beef, lamb, goat, veal and smallgoods in a variety of formats including:

Partially pre-cooked and/or fully cooked products that you can simply heat in the bag and serve
Through export production facilities which are HACCP and AUSMEAT accredited with full Export License to produce both non-Halal and Halal products.
Our client base will include supermarkets, major hotel chains, restaurants, international airlines and airline caterers, mine site caterers and large institutions such as mine sites, aged care and correctional services through a well-established e-commerce platform.
